Booking Policies
Booking Policy
- All appointments must be booked online.
- A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment.
- Appointments without a deposit may be canceled without notice.
Late Policy
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
- I respect your time—please respect mine too
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee of 50–100% of the service total, depending on the situation.
- No-shows may be restricted from rebooking in the future.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit.
- One-time courtesy reschedules may be allowed at Nancy’s discretion depending on availability.
